Only after having joined the orientation session or another mindfulness session with me you can register for the whole 8 week MBSR program. It is important that you are well informed about the commitment and benefits and risks.
The 8 week MBSR consists of one weekly session (2,5 hours) and one full silent retreat day (7 hours).
Kindly look in your calendar and make sure you at least can make 6 out of 8 classes otherwise I kindly suggest you wait until a better time.

Price: I ask for a donation of 100 KD for the entire program or less if you have a low income or if you are unemployed.
