MBSR Wednesday day Class 2020
FEBRUARY 5, 10 AM AST

After having joined the orientation session or another mindfulness session with me you can register for the whole 8 week MBSR program.
The 8 week MBSR consists of one weekly session (2,5 hours) and one full silent retreat day (7 hours).
Kindly look in your calendar and make sure you at least can make 6 out of 8 classes otherwise I kindly suggest you wait until a better time.

2. Class Wednesday February 12 from 10-12.30PM
3. Class Wednesday February 19 rom 10-12.30PM
4. Class Wednesday March 4 from 10-12.30PM
5. Class Wednesday March 11 from 10-12.30PM
6. Class Wednesday March 18 from 10-12.30PM
All silent Retreat day Friday March 13 from 8-15PM
7. Class Wednesday March 25 from 10-12.30PM
8. Class Wednesday April 1 from 10-12.30PM
Price: I ask for a donation of 100 KD or less if you have a low income or if you are unemployed.
You can only sign up if we have met before. Kindly send me an email and I will register you.
