Free weekly online mindfulness session Thursdays 1-2PM Kuwait

I warmly welcome you to a weekly, free online mindfulness meditation sit from Kuwait.

  • When registering kindly check you spam email if you got a confirmation. I will send you an email with the link to the online meeting Thursday morning.

  • Kindly log in 5-10 min. before the meeting making sure microhone and camera works. Are you more than 10 min. late you can unfortualtely not join the meeting.

  • Kindly download the free app. Zoom making sure your camera and microphone works. It is essentiel and respectful too all of us and give a sense of togetherness if we are able to see and hear each other.

  • Find a place where you can sit undisturbed for the one hour. Maybe use headset for privacy. Consider to put your smartphone in another room so you really have a chance to experiece the practice of mindfulness.

Gratis online mindfulness session søndag (session held in Danish)

Denne gratis, ugentlige online session er til alle, som taler dansk og ønsker at øve sig i mindfulness meditation. Mange danskere er strandet i udlandet og kan ikke komme hjem. Andre er alene i hjemmet i DK, ser nærmest ingen mennesker og det er heller ikke nemt.

Jeg bor og underviser i MBSR i Kuwait så læg mærke til eventuel tidsforskel afhængig af hvor du er.

Mindfulness træning er en evidensbaseret praksis, som kan hjælpe mennesker med at finde lidt ro i meget stressede perioder af deres liv.

Hvis du vil kan du downloade Zoom (www.zoom.us) er det fint.

Det er gratis og så kan du tjekke om mikrofonen og kameraet virker. Vær opmærksom på, at vi kan se hinanden og se rummet bagved. Det er vigtigt at vi kan se og høre hinanden.

Jeg glæder mig til at være sammen med dig og samme øve os i mindfulness meditation. Denne praksis er mig meget kær, og som betyder at jeg oplever mere ro og overskud - selv i svære tider som vi alle oplever lige nu.

Orientation online MBSR in Kuwait Saturday afternoon

Join the online orientation to the upcoming online 8 week MBSR. We will be meeting on Zoom. Once registered I will send you a link to the shared online room where we will meet.

Themes in this 2,5 hour long orientation:

  • Different practices in MBSR

  • We will practise together: standing mindful movement and sitting meditation focus on the breath and sounds.

These are the dates for the upcoming 8 week Saturday afternoon MBSR program. We meet online one time (2,5 hours session) every week and we also have a nurturing all day long silent retreat day online. MBSR is total 27,5 direct guiding.

8 Saturdays afternoon from 3-5.30PM

All day silent retreat day May 23

After the orientation session you can decide whether this is the right program for you. If you decide to join the entire 8 week MBSR program the donation is 100KD before April 11. The payment will contribute to my trainings.
