MBSR Monday Evening Class 2020
Join the original 8 week MBSR program. We meet one session (2,5 hours) every week during 8 weeks. You are willing to practice homework everyday during the 8 weeks.
After having joined the orientation session or another mindfulness session with me you can register for the whole 8 week MBSR program.
MBSR is a big commitment and very dear to me. It is important you are well informed and committed to join this journey of silence.Last day for enrollment is January 13

Price: I ask for a donation of 100 KD or much less if you have a low income or if you are unemployed.

Mindful parenting workshop 3 hours

Whether you are a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, teacher or friends of children mindfulness starts with us and our own practices.

This workshop is only adults - not children.

We will practice a few mindfulness tools together, such as awareness of the breath and sounds, the body scan and mindful listening.

We will practice some mindfulness exercises suitable for children.

Mindfulness is not a quick fix. Mindfulness is a daily practice, chosen by moment by moment, if you want to make profound changes in your life and the children in your life.

Being aware and practice daily mindfulness tools we have a choice of being less reactive and more peaceful version of ourself.

This workshop is both for experienced mindfulness practitioners and new beginners.

Price: 10 KD

This big parking space is a short walking distance from my house (2-300 meter).

The parking space in front of my house is very limited (only two of you can park right in front of my house. Kindly park do not park in front of my neighbor nr. 10).
